All memberships are month to month. Changes must be submitted at least one week prior to your scheduled billing date and go into effect immediately. There Are NO Rollover Privileges! Gift Cards or rewards can not be used towards any monthly subscriptions. Violation of LMLA Spa & Fitness Rules and Regulations may result in removal from LMLA Day Spa/Gym Facility and/or suspension or cancellation of your membership without refund. Changes must be submitted at least one week prior to your scheduled billing date and go into effect immediately. Our knowledgeable team members will always be happy to help you choose the options that work best for you and further explain our processes and procedure.
