LMLA Day Spa & Salon is dedicated to providing a serene and professional environment where beauty, relaxation, and self-care come together. Our services are thoughtfully designed to support the renewal of mind, body, and spirit. To preserve the quality of each experience, all guests and team members are expected to follow our Policies and Code of Conduct, ensuring a respectful, safe, and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
SPA POLICIES
CARD ON FILE & DEPOSIT POLICY​

In order to secure your time and ours, an email and card must be on file to book any service.
​

All services up to $50 are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All services $51+ require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking.

All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!

All Deposits are TRANSFERABLE up to 1 time ONLY in a 12 month calendar!
* LMLA Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to request a deposit for any service at our discretion

24 HOUR NOTICE POLICY​
​
Clients MUST give a 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for services that are LESS than 60 minutes in the duration of being serviced. Clients who give notice -before 24hrs- to cancel or reschedule an appointment, can TRANSFER their appointment/deposit ONE TIME ONLY in a 12 month calendar. Late Cancellations thereafter -after 24hrs- for these booked appointments will be charged a 25% Non-Refundable Late Cancellation fee of booked service/s cost. -NO EXCEPTIONS

Clients who give notice -before 48hrs- to cancel or reschedule an appointment, can TRANSFER their appointment/deposit ONE TIME ONLY in a 12 month calendar. Late Cancellations thereafter -after 48hrs- for these booked appointments will be charged a 25% Non-Refundable Late Cancellation fee of booked service/s cost. -NO EXCEPTIONS

NO-CALL NO-SHOW & LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY​​

ALL No-Call/No-Show, Same Day cancellation/rescheduled appointments will be charged a 25% Late/No-Show Fee of booked service/s cost -NON-REFUNDABLE! This fee will be applied to the card on file. A payment of previously missed appointment must also be paid in full before booking again with LMLA Day Spa & Salon. This also applies for same day cancellations/reschedules for services that are 60 minutes or more in the duration of being serviced. Last minute cancellations are appointments canceled or rescheduled the day of booked appointment. -NO EXCEPTIONS

NOTICE- All declined cards, no-call/no-show & last minute cancellations, will be required to pay in full their previous canceled appointment before booking with LMLA Day Spa & Salon and service is NOT transferable. -NO EXCEPTIONS

3 STRIKES POLICY

After 3 occurrences of no-call/no-show, last minute cancellations, same day cancellations/reschedules, declined cards, you will no longer be available to book ANY services with LMLA Day Spa & Salon.

* LMLA Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to refuse/decline service to anyone who violates our rules and policies.

Disclose accurate health, hair, skin, or nail information relevant to your selected service.

Maintain a respectful and professional environment for staff and guests at all times.

Follow all instructions regarding products, equipment, and treatments used during your service.

Comply with all spa and salon policies designed to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction for everyone.
AS A SPA & SALON GUEST YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

Experience services in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Modify or discontinue a service at any time to ensure your comfort.

Receive respectful, professional, and dignified care.

Trust that your personal information will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Ask questions and feel informed about your service experience.

Be confident in the qualifications and training of our professional staff.

Receive services performed by trained providers following approved protocols and spa & salon guidelines.
PRIVACY POLICY

To respect the purpose for which our site visitors and others gave us email information. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.

For your privacy LMLA Day Spa & Salon DOES NOT hold any credit/debit card information.

To continue this policy beyond the termination of our company. If a majority portion of the assets of our company, which might include our subscriber and other lists, were to be acquired by another organization, it would be done only as part of a clear agreement binding that organization to abide by the spirit and letter of our privacy policy.
RETURN POLICY

All gift certificate sales are final. However, we will accept returned products within 7 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. After 7 days, a merchandise credit will be issued only for unused, unopened products. For hygiene and sanitary purposes, LMLA Day Spa & Salon used and/or opened products are non-refundable. PERMANENT JEWELRY POLICIES

​​All permanent jewelry sales are final after we custom fit, cut the chain and weld it on you.

To ensure that you have a positive LMLA Day Spa & Salon permanent jewelry experience, we offer a 60-day warranty:

Within the first 60 days if the welded product you purchased from us becomes un-welded, detached, or needs to be refitted, for any reason, and you have the product with you, you can schedule a repair appointment with us and have it welded back, or adjusted, for free. This service is free and unlimited within 60 days of initial purchase.
​

After 60 days of initial purchase a service fee of $20 will be applied per item welded or resized. This fee is waived with the purchase of another LMLA Day Spa & Salon permanent jewelry at the time of appointment.

Our 60 day warranty does NOT cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent charm or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of LMLA Day Spa & Salon.
