Our pieces are designed to last forever or until you want to take them off or add a clasp.

Yes. It only takes a few painless moments to get a permanent necklace, ring, anklet or bracelet, and the welding tools don't touch your skin.

You can simply give a gentle snip at the welded ring with scissors. We’ll be here to re-weld for a $20 service fee if it's passed our 60 day warranty and rekindle that eternal sparkle. Prefer a clasp? We can add one for a small fee.

Yes. Nothing about your piece is going to set off a metal detector.

Our pieces are not a problem for most medical procedures. Please consult with your doctor and follow their guidance. If you do need to remove it, we re-weld pieces removed for medical reasons for free in the studio, or we can always add a clasp for a small fee.

All minors under the age of 18, must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or guardian. We do not weld children under the age of 10 but offer adjustable clasped versions that grow with them at no extra charge.

Appointments are encouraged, although we do take walk-ins. Please check availability by going through our booking system, or please contact us for availability.

A 20-minute appointment accommodates up to 1 guest getting one welded piece. A 40-minute appointment accommodates up to 2 guests or up to 4 total pieces welded during the appointment. A 80-minute appointment accommodates 4 to 6 guests or up to 6 total pieces welded during the appointment.

Our pieces vary on style chosen. Prices start at $30 for rings and up to $125 for 20"-22" necklaces, not including charms. Please view our pricing list for more details.

Yes! Our charms are often added during your welding session.

We offer rewelding of permanent jewelry from other brands for $40, or free with the purchase of a LMLA piece. We do not offer the welding of personal jewelry, chains, or charms, since they were not originally intended for permanent jewelry wear.

Like any fine chain, we encourage proactive maintenance to help keep your piece shining as bright as the day you got it. We recommend regular cleaning with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner - particularly during the summer months or at times when you may be wearing more lotion or other oil-based skin products.

Our custom permanent jewelry styles are final sale. For these styles we do have warranty and repair services.

We stand behind what we create and sell and want you to enjoy your style for years to come. Please read below our warranty policy. To ensure that you have a positive LMLA permanent jewelry experience, we offer a 60-day warranty: Within the first 60 days, if the welded product you purchased from us becomes un-welded, detached, or needs to be refitted, for any reason, and you have the product with you, you can schedule a repair appointment with us and have it welded back, or adjusted, for free. This service is free and unlimited within 60 days of initial purchase. After 60 days of initial purchase a service fee of $20 will be applied per item welded or resized. This fee is waived with the purchase of another LMLA permanent jewelry at the time of appointment. Our 60 day warranty does NOT cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent charm or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of LMLA.
