STEP 1

• Thoroughly wet face. (Best if used in shower.)
• Vigorously shake solution and spray generous amount into hand. 
• Thoroughly saturate and deeply massage on face for 20 seconds. (Avoid contact with eyes.)
• Allow solution to soak in for approximately 30 seconds. (You will feel a cool, tingling sensation).
• DO NOT RINSE YET!

STEP 2

• Pour approximately 1 teaspoon of exfoliate in hand and vigorously massage whole face.

• RINSE until skin is squeaky clean and tight.

(Solution):

• Artesian Mineral Water (direct from the source)
• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Black Tea
• Seethed Peppermint Leaves
• Sea Salt
• Peppermint Oil
• Tea Tree Oil
• Ginger Oil
•  

(Exfoliant):

• Oatmeal
• Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)
• Brown Sugar

Apply in the shower and avoid intense sunlight immediately after use (because newer skin is exposed). Use in the evening or before bed - this will give your skin time to recover and adjust. Individuals with sensitive skin should apply only two to three times a week or whatever your skin type will comfortably allow. In rare cases - as part of the process - some breakouts may initially occur as your skin purges deeply imbedded toxins and contaminants.
