The Experience
This service is perfect for those looking for a full set of colorful lashes. You may choose a solid color full set or a multi-color (rainbow) full set of classic lashes. The classic lash set is for those who do not want overly dramatic lashes. Individual lashes are applied to your natural lashes at a one-to-one ratio. • If you currently have lash extensions from another lash artist, a removal and a full set will be required when booking. • All lash set styles start with a customized full set and require you to return for a Fill every 2-3 weeks for the best results. • After 3 weeks, it will be considered a full set and LMLA reserves the right to charge you as such! • 40% of your Lash Extensions must still be on to be considered a Lash Fill. 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Due to each of our lash technicians having a different lashing technique, we recommend you always book with the same lash technician for your lash fills. Should you need to book with a different lash technician, note that a lash removal and full set will be required.
Cancellation Policy

Clients who give notice -before 24hrs- to cancel or reschedule an appointment, can TRANSFER their appointment/deposit ONE TIME ONLY in a 12 month calendar. Late Cancellations thereafter -after 24hrs- for these booked appointments will be charged a 25% Non-Refundable Late Cancellation fee of booked service/s cost. -NO EXCEPTIONS! 𝗡𝗢-𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢-𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪 & 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: ALL No-Call/No-Show, Same Day cancellation/rescheduled appointments will be charged a 25% Late/No-Show Fee of booked service/s cost -NON-REFUNDABLE! This fee will be applied to the card on file. A payment of previously missed appointment must also be paid in full before booking again with LMLA Day Spa & Salon. This also applies for same day cancellations/reschedules for services that are 60 minutes or more in the duration of being serviced. Last minute cancellations are appointments canceled or rescheduled the day of booked appointment. -NO EXCEPTIONS! NOTICE- All declined cards, no-call/no-show & last minute cancellations, will be required to pay in full their previous canceled appointment before booking with LMLA Day Spa & Salon and service is NOT transferable. -NO EXCEPTIONS! 𝟯 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: After 3 occurrences of no-call/no-show, last minute cancellations, same day cancellations/reschedules, declined cards, you will no longer be available to book with LMLA!
