Cancellation Policy
𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘 & 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: In order to secure your time and ours, an email and card must be on file to book any service. • All services up to $50 are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. • All services $51+ require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking. • All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! • All Deposits are TRANSFERABLE up to 1 time ONLY in a 12 month calendar! * LMLA Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to request a deposit for any service at our discretion 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: Clients MUST give a 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for services that are LESS than 60 minutes in the duration of being serviced. Clients who give notice -before 24hrs- to cancel or reschedule an appointment, can TRANSFER their appointment/deposit ONE TIME ONLY in a 12 month calendar. This also applies for same day cancellations/reschedules for services that are 60 minutes or more in the duration of being serviced. Last minute cancellations are appointments canceled or rescheduled the day of booked appointment. -NO EXCEPTIONS! NOTICE- All declined cards, no-call/no-show & last minute cancellations, will be required to pay in full their previous canceled appointment before booking with LMLA Day Spa & Salon and service is NOT transferable. -NO EXCEPTIONS!
