The Experience
This service is perfect for those looking for a full set of colorful lashes. You may choose a solid color full set or a multi-color (rainbow) full set of volume lashes. Of the three styles, volume lash extensions will give you the most dramatic, intense look. Most lashes are applied to your natural lashes at a one-to-many ratio to achieve the most voluminous, 3-dimensional look. • If you currently have lash extensions from another lash artist, a removal and a full set will be required when booking. • All lash set styles start with a customized full set and require you to return for a Fill every 2-3 weeks for the best results. • After 3 weeks, it will be considered a full set and LMLA reserves the right to charge you as such! • 40% of your Lash Extensions must still be on to be considered a Lash Fill. 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Due to each of our lash technicians having a different lashing technique, we recommend you always book with the same lash technician for your lash fills. Should you need to book with a different lash technician, note that a lash removal and full set will be required.
Cancellation Policy

Clients who give notice -before 24hrs- to cancel or reschedule an appointment, can TRANSFER their appointment/deposit ONE TIME ONLY in a 12 month calendar. Late Cancellations thereafter -after 24hrs- for these booked appointments will be charged a 25% Non-Refundable Late Cancellation fee of booked service/s cost. -NO EXCEPTIONS! 𝗡𝗢-𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢-𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪 & 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: ALL No-Call/No-Show, Same Day cancellation/rescheduled appointments will be charged a 25% Late/No-Show Fee of booked service/s cost -NON-REFUNDABLE! This fee will be applied to the card on file. A payment of previously missed appointment must also be paid in full before booking again with LMLA Day Spa & Salon. This also applies for same day cancellations/reschedules for services that are 60 minutes or more in the duration of being serviced. Last minute cancellations are appointments canceled or rescheduled the day of booked appointment. -NO EXCEPTIONS! NOTICE- All declined cards, no-call/no-show & last minute cancellations, will be required to pay in full their previous canceled appointment before booking with LMLA Day Spa & Salon and service is NOT transferable. -NO EXCEPTIONS! 𝟯 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: After 3 occurrences of no-call/no-show, last minute cancellations, same day cancellations/reschedules, declined cards, you will no longer be available to book with LMLA!
