In order to secure your time and ours, an email & number must be on file to book any service. • All services up to $50 are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. • All services $51+ require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. • All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! • All Deposits are TRANSFERABLE up to 1 time ONLY in a 12 month calendar! * LMLA reserves the right to request a deposit for any service at our discretion 24 HOUR NOTICE POLICY: Clients MUST give a 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for services that are LESS than 60 minutes in the duration of being serviced. Clients who give notice -before 24hrs- to cancel or reschedule an appointment, can TRANSFER their appointment/deposit ONE TIME ONLY in a 12 month calendar.
